| Matilda has been in the escrow industry
for over 27 years in North County. Prior to forming M&M
in 1994, Matilda worked in the Escrow Departments at different
Banks and for independent, real estate brokers. She has
been the president of the North San Diego County Escrow
Association and is currently involved with the San Marcos
Rotary. Her desire is to provide the best customer service
possible for both English and Spanish speaking clientele
and her motto is “Knowledge is Power”. |

| Tracy's career in escrow began 16 years
ago at San Marcos National Bank. She has been with M&M
for 14 years and has obtained the professional designation
of Certified Escrow Officer. Tracy belongs to the North
San Diego County Escrow Association and currently holds
the position of secretary. |

| Elsie possesses expert working knowledge
of local and multi-state techniques, procedures, and regulations
affecting Real Estate, Mortgage and Escrow. Her 30 years
experience allows her to define the most practical soulutions
to resolve complex issues. Elsie has strong quantitative
and analytical skills, is a quick thinker who has a reputation
for being accurate, responsive, resourcefull and flexible
in handling emergencies and meeting deadlines. Elsie has
wonderful interpersonal skills who quickly builds rapport
with people from all backgrounds. |

Esther has worked in the Escrow Business
for 10 years. She is a great multitasker who is well versed
in Resales, Refi's and Mobile/Manufactured homes. She
works well in making deadlines and is a pleasure to work
with.
Esther is a native of Vista and enjoys spending time with
her husband and two kids. |
